????June has always held deep meaning for me.?It’s a time to reflect on visibility, community, and the power of showing up—authentically and unapologetically. When I joined HP, I took a leap and got involved with our Business Resource Groups (BRGs). I had no idea that decision would change my life. Being part of the PRIDE BRG gave me the confidence to be myself at work and the tools to grow—not just professionally, but personally. Now, as an Inclusion & Belonging Program Manager, I have the privilege of amplifying that message. I get to support our incredible BRGs and help drive initiatives that create space, opportunity, and equity for everyone at HP. This month, I had the joy of connecting with our local BRG leaders in Guadalajara and witnessing the amazing work they’re doing. I also had the chance to support teams across Costa Rica, Colombia, and Brazil—and I’m in awe of the impact they make every single day. I’m more inspired than ever to keep championing inclusion at HP. Being surrounded by such passionate, purpose-driven individuals is a daily reminder of the power of community—and I’m truly honored to be part of this journey.?? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ?????Junio siempre ha tenido un significado muy especial para mí!?Es un momento para reflexionar sobre la visibilidad, la comunidad y el poder de mostrarse tal como uno es—auténtica y orgullosamente. Cuando me uní a HP, decidí involucrarme en nuestros Business Resource Groups (BRGs). No imaginaba que esa decisión cambiaría mi vida. Ser parte del BRG PRIDE me dio la confianza para ser yo mismo en el trabajo y las herramientas para crecer, no solo profesionalmente, sino también a nivel personal. Hoy, como Program Manager de Inclusion & Belonging, tengo el privilegio de amplificar ese mensaje, así como apoyar a nuestros increíbles BRGs y contribuir a impulsar iniciativas que crean espacios, oportunidades y equidad para todas las personas en HP. Este mes tuve la alegría de conectar con líderes locales de BRGs en Guadalajara y ser testigo del trabajo increíble que están haciendo. También tuve la oportunidad de apoyar a equipos en Costa Rica, Colombia y Brazil—y me asombra el impacto que generan cada día. Me siento aún más inspirado para seguir impulsando la inclusión en HP. Estar rodeado de personas tan apasionadas y con propósito es un recordatorio diario del poder de la comunidad—y es un verdadero honor ser parte de este camino. ?
